Warranty terms for products purchased in  webshop meridian.hr

The condition for complaints on products which the manufacturer provides a guarantee is the presentation of the invoice within the guarantee period, no later than 15 days from the day of delivery purchased product.

Compensation based on the warranty: The seller grants the buyer based on the manufacturer's confirmation of acceptance of responsibility for material defects or defects that occurred in the product manufacturing process.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear of the product and defects caused by careless handling or exposure to inappropriate weather or other unforeseen conditions for the particular product.

If the customer determines that the purchased product is defective, which is not the result of careless handling and wear and tear due to regular use, got a send a written complaint by email within  15 days after receiving the product.

Complaints are submitted in writing form with the obligation to return the product together with a copy of the invoice to our address:

When returning a product by post or other vay of delivery, the product should be packaged at way to protects the product from damage during transport.
