Meridian Nautika Webshop products can be browsed and put in the cart without registering customer account.

Clients  who order products from Meridian Webshop became buyer - customer.

Contract between buyer and seller has an electronic form. Selling takes place within the organized sale of products through online shopping sites - Webshop.

Shopping in Webshop Meridian Nautika d.o.o. can perform all capable adult persons. In behalf of minors and legally incapable or partially capable persons, may buy their legal representatives.

All product prices in Webshop Meridian Nautika d.o.o. are expressed in Euro and includes VAT.
The present product prices don't include shipping cost.
The delivery price is visible before the purchase confirmation, after entering the delivery address and payment method.
The prices of products in Meridian Webshop are valid at the time of payment in real time and can be changed without advertising.

SALES ORDERS

Receiving of customer orders non-stop from 0.00 to 24.00 h daily.

The customer choos the product and puts it in the cart, then sign in or registration.
Chooseing the delivery method and the payment method. In the case of card payment, a notification about a successful payment or a notification about an unsuccessful transaction will be sent to the customer's e-mail address.
If the customer chose cash on delivery or money order, the order confirmation and payment information will be sent  by email.
For the payment order, the offer is non-binding until the moment of payment.
In the case of Pay Pal payment, after payment, the customer returns to the meridian.hr webshop page and completes the purchase process, and receives a confirmation in the mail box.
