For products for which the manufacturer gives a warranty, guarantee terms are valid during the warranty period with attached account.
The warranty certificate, if exists - is delivered to the customer delivery address, together with the bill.

If there exist a reason for the reclamation of the product bought in webshop, the client sends a photo and description of the problem and the scan of the bill by  e-mail RECLAMATION
