Warranty terms for products purchased webshop meridian.hr

The condition for complaints on products which the manufacturer provides a guarantee is the presentation of the invoice within the guarantee period, no later than 15 days from the day of delivery purchased product.

We ask customers to keep the original receipt for the purchase.

Compensation based on the warranty: The seller grants the buyer based on the manufacturer's confirmation of acceptance of responsibility for material defects or defects that occurred in the product manufacturing process.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear of the product and defects caused by careless handling or exposure to inappropriate weather or other unforeseen conditions for the particular product.

Complaints at products purchased in the webshop:

If the customer determines that the purchased product is defective, which is not the result of careless handling and wear and tear due to regular use, got a send a written complaint by email within  15 days after receiving the product.

Complaints are submitted exclusively in writing with the obligation to return the product together with a copy of the invoice to our address:

If the period of 15 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product to the customer has passed, the Seller is not obliged to accept the complaint.

The costs of reshipping and returning the product for approved complaints are paid by the seller.

When returning a product by post or other vay of delivery, the product should be packaged at way to protects the product from damage during transport.
