Product return - 14 days

Consumer, buyer has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the day the product is delivered to the buyer's possession.

If the buyer decides to unilaterally terminate the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act before the expiration of the 14-day period, he got to notify the merchant - Meridian nautika d.o.o. in writing before the expiration of the period about his decision.
Purchased products that are subject to termination of the contract, the buyer is obliged to return at his own expense to the seller's address no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the seller about the termination of the contract.
