In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016-679, we provide an insight of the way the personal data is collected and processed.

We collect personal data about customers for the legitimate interest of informing customers about products and conditions, and for the purpose of sales in our webshop.

The data is collected for the purpose of receiving the customer's Web-order and it's realization thrue online purchase at a distance. (issuance of invoices, delivery of products to the delivery address, collection of invoices, sending of offers and receipt of Web-orders) and is not used for other purposes.
The data collection is made through an online form where the customer personally and voluntarily enters the required personal data.

Customer email addresses are also collected through personal subscription to the newsletter list.

The customer may request access to personal data, modification and it's deletion.

We have to respond to the received request no later than a month from the date of receipt.

Which data do we collect and process:
When the buyer is a person:
• Name and surname
• Buyer's address (street, house number, city, postal code)
• Delivery address (if different from the buyer's primary address)
• Mobile phone number
• E-mail address

When the buyer is a legal business entity - taxpayer:
• Name of the legal entity
• OIB of the business entity
• Registered office of the company or taxpayer (street, house number, city, postal code)
• Delivery address (if different from the registered office of the buyer)
• Contact person (name and surname)
• Telephone number and mobile phone number of the company and the contact person
• E-mail address

Meridian nautika d.o.o. do not share data with third parties except participants of the sales, shipping and delivery process.
